Toch heeft-ie genoeg bands gehad, veel gelegenheidsbands overigens, waarvan Gumball zo'n beetje als enige als 'zijn' band gezien wordt. Het bekendste album van die band is Super Tasty uit 1993 en doet denken aan Sonic Youth en Hüsker Dü, om maar eens wat te noemen. Van dat album nu het openingsnummer en 1e single.

Verreweg het beste nummer van deze groep, die vooral bekend staat om hun populaire discodeuntjes. Dit nummer doet me altijd wel iets, al kan ik niet precies zeggen waarom. Misschien komt het door het prima refrein, of de vage tekst die voor iedereen wel bedoeld kan zijn (freedom, liberty, fantasy...), of die lekkere trompetjes tussen de regels door (come to see *tududu* fantasy *tududu*), of die geweldig foute falsetto uithalen van Philip Bailey tegen het einde. Ik weet het niet. Maar ik vind het wel een prachtplaat!
